A friend of mine quit before 3 years of bond period but she did not sign any bond during her induction. But now they are not giving her experience letter and they have sent a notice. When asked for the bond agreement, the company is not sending her that(which is because they dont have any bond agreement with her signature on it). They are demanding 5L which is not at all worth it. So, how can she tackle this situation. Any advice appreciated.

I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company.
