I have been in Bench at HCL for almost a month and it is lowering my confidence. Many project leads do connect over call for assignation but our roles do not match (Do not want to do Support work on shifts as I my tech stack is on Web Development).
I want to understand how to move over this phase , any help and guidance will be helpful.
I have started preparing to give interviews outside but never feel that I have sufficient knowledge to crack.

Kina freaking out. I'm applying for a new bar. They asked about credit card balances. I took that as they must mean do you carry over anything because my exact balance changes every day and my credit score once a month so I said 0. They just pulled my credit report and well it's not 0 as it hasn't updated yet. Did I do anything wrong?

Hey Guys, I have applied to Accenture through their Accenture India portal and it's still showing pending review and my interview hasn't been scheduled yet. as I checked found out that pending review means the Application has been passed from HR to the operations team what should I do now as it's been more than 4 weeks and I haven't received any response from them and there is no way to contact them.i am getting a little frustrated about this

My friend have cleared Tata Elxsi interview 5 months back and received her offer letter. Still now she haven’t recvd a joining letter. Couple of other friends are also facing similar issue.
Does anyone have any update on this?
Tried mailing to the HR and to their help desk. No response.
Its really disappointing. Even if they are not able to onboard candidates now, the least they can do is aknowledge and respond to the queries.
Hope someone can give more insight onto this issue.

I've been an individual contributor for 4 years in Tech, have 8 years of experience total. I'm finding it difficult to make the management transition despite having management experience, performing beyond expectations, and having a genuine passion for enablement and development.
