I recently joined Accenture and I have been working over 65+ hours a week, working almost every weekend without any extra pay.
I'm a Team lead and been awarded multiple times in my time of 7 months in accenture.

I'm feeling exhausted and overworked.
Not sure what to do because my current Ctc is 21 lakhs fixed at 8 years experience and
Other companies are not generating offer letters because of my current Ctc.

A lot of people here seem to glamorize MANGA positions - good pay, and good WLB. There has to be a catch, right?
