My CTC is 8 LPA including variables. How much will I be getting as take home salary after deductions.

I will be losing on a lot of bonus if I join Cognizant. Should I negotiate on my CTC adding my bonus in my base salary or ask them to compensate for the lost bonus as joining bonus

Also, I had a retention clause with my current company for a certification I did, which was costly; can I ask Cognizant to consider paying it?

I need some thoughts on what to ask for a starting salary. My background is ten years in tech support, and currently Lead Graphic Designer for my department with about four years of graphic design behind that. I also just finished my master's degree in Human Computer Interaction design (and was among the top in my class). I thought $80k as an absolute minimum ask but considering my credentials and education I really don't want to undersell myself. I'd appreciate thoughts on the matter.

A few days later, another email went out stating they had made a mistake which decreased the raise by $4/hr instead of $6 increase. Can they do that? Hi comp advice please! my wife is making a pivot into brand management / account exec roles at ad agencies. Glassdoor is kinda helpful for comp estimates but all over the place.
