Help needed to evaluate if IPOE is a good buy here or wait for a pull back. Current market cap of IPOE = 1.6b they are merging with SoFI and the valuation is 8.5b. After the merge what would be the total market cap?

I would think that will still be speculative

I’m just a believer in SoFi and banking that the merger will cause a hype pop. Either way SoFi to me is a long term hold. Completely speculative. Grabbed a small position to start.

I’m in IPOE since $12. I had to pull some profit off the table between 19 and 20. Take a look at the investor deck with the sec. the equity value is 8.6 billion with 865 million shares outstanding post merger. This is at $10 a share so you are paying essentially 16-17 billion. I don’t like paying 100% more than the PIPE

Hello,
I graduated in June with a dual BSBA in healthcare management and humans resources management/organizational management. I have 12 years experience as a medical assistant. I'm having trouble finding my first job as a healthcare manager. After submitting so many applications and receiving so many rejection emails I've become frustrated. Any advice anyone can give is greatly appreciated.

McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Hiiii! I’ve been at my job for a year and a couple of months now & I’ve gotten rather bored because the work is repetitive, not challenging, and hasn’t really allowed me to learn or grow as much as I would’ve liked to. Given how I’m still paying a ton of money for my postgrad in Business Comms (that I haven’t really gotten the chance to use), I’ve been thinking of entering the world of consulting. Any word of advice? PwC McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group KPMG

Does anyone know if you have to negotiate an automatic 3-4% increase in salary every year for inflation, etc. when getting an in-house position? Or is that fairly standard for most companies and HR just handles that internally at the start of every year?

I’m so lonely I forgot what feeling wanted feels like. It’s almost as if I’m numb to the human need of feeling desired and I’ve accepted my fate of solitude. I’m not sad about this, that’s what makes it numb. Life feels bland but not terrible. I have no expectations of anyone to ever want me nor am I resentful that I am alone. Is this normal?

I am selling into these pops on psth. 50/50 chance the target disappoints the stripe crew and it dips hard. I’ll be buying a bunch of that is the case. Beware- 2/9th warrants are still attached to these shares so there is some premium in the price

SPAC bubbles are popping everywhere. Premiums being pulled out here pre deals. Becareful out there. None are safe. I will be selling puts in psth if it opens below 28

I like to park my money in some of these. Used to be a major winning strategy, now it seems less consistent but still. Holding on to SOAC, JWS and IPOC. I know PSTH and IPOB seem strong as well, any others you really like, and why?

PSTH - keep an eye on this one. Up 50% here from NAV. Not sure ackman will pick a sexy name that drives momentum. Either way, big money behind this one and hoping for a good deal sooner than later

Trimmed some psth this morning. I don’t like that stripe did a $100b raise without needing ackman. I think this merges with a long term winner but will be able to add back at lower prices before merger and still receive the 2/9 warrants
