Hello i got an offer from Brillo(joining in 2023) but as an intern i have experience of using go-lang as backend developer. So my question is should i join Brillo or look for some other companies. I don't know what type of clients Brillo have and tech they use.

Interviewed for a GS-15 (same agency but different office) and totally aced the interview with excellent answers. They know I’m a top performer with senior references. However I noticed there was an internal candidate who has been there for few years and interviewed that’s a veteran. I feel my chances just sank and want to gauge thoughts.

Does Brillio Pays the variable full? I understand it's company and individual performance linked.. but generally in Deloitte even the average performance get it full or even above that.. or is it more like Indian IT companies where they will pay only half ..
