Help!! What’s an appropriate salary range for a HCOL (NYC, or California like SF or LA) tax analyst role and senior tax analyst role. Coming from LCOL (TX) where the range I’ve been offered so far is 80-90. I have 3 years public accounting experience. Been seeing such a variable range (some not even diff from LCOL range).

How much CTC can we expect from EY for US TAX Advanced analyst position.

I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. So they raised it to 55k.. but I still feel underpaid based on the amt of work I do. I don’t know what my title or what to put on resume..

So I have an offer pending but I still have 2 more interviews left for another role that I would like, on Monday. I need to get back to the recruiter by tomorrow on the offer. How bad would it be to accept and then renege later? Even if the second role offers me a position, it would be at least another week at earliest and I can’t delay the first offer any longer.
