Had two rounds of interviews for an in house role and really like the company/job. I followed up Friday regarding next steps and was told they are still interviewing and should be wrapping up soon. I have 15+ years of US and international healthcare YOE (clinical ops, mgmt, prod imp, apms), 10+ of which have been in non-trad consulting roles. I don’t have a masters but am applying now. I’ve been contracting on a number of fed projects for BAH with VA, HHS, etc for 5 years as SME/imp spec.
I’ve was offered a fed healthcare ops specialist role at boozallen at associate level $140K. I was originally told that the role was a lead. Growth and title are imp. to me. Is this salary low?

Over the last couple of months I’ve interviewed for a number of jobs and made it to second and third round interviews but never got an offer. My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player.
