HR from Investment Bank call this morning stating he got strong feedback from the hiring team. I’m C at ACN, currently 125k+10% bonus but he is offering 190k with 45% bonus. Should I negotiate more?

Any openings for accounts payable or FPNA profile.

I got selected in HCL.
They asked me to share the documents , but they didn't share the offer letter, it's been 1 week already.
Do they take time in releasing offer letters generally , or am I rejected already ?

Also, they mentioned 5% engagement bonus , and 8% annual bonus, do they give full amount , or some part of it.

How much an average candidate can expect to get from these bonus . for eg. If 5% = 50 . And 8% = 80, how much amount can I expect .
