Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

I would start by doing your research about what the market rate is for new grad openings for similar positions. Also, have an answer ready for what you can provide especially with what you have learned over your time co-oping. Explain why you will provide more value to them than hiring someone that doesn’t know their culture and systems already. Finally, be sure to ask questions about their benefits and explain what it means if you don’t understand. Good luck and hope this helps.
