I know MBB sponsor international candidates but at what stage they look at your visa situation. Do they take into consideration initially before sending you any online assessment test and while reviewing your CV or they look for it after you go through interviews.

I had a chat with previous McKinsey consultant and he was like you automatically get cut off from the system if you select 'require visa sponsorship'. Not sure if it is true or not?

I have been interviewing for a job. I think I will get an offer. On paper everything is great. ~30k more than I’m making now, plus larger bonus and more profit sharing. Everyone seemed nice. I know someone who works there, and she says it’s great. I hesitate because I love my job. I have the best boss I’ve ever had and genuinely like coming to work. I’ve never had that before. One of the managers on my team continually throws me under the bus to the whole team even though I have proof to back up they’re wrong and it was their mistake. It’s just so infuriating. I have to just suck it up and take it even though I haven’t done anything wrong. When we’re 1 on 1, they admit their mistake and apologizes to me but also gaslights me. To the team they says it’s all my fault.

I am much stressed.. it’s only been 5 months to join Capgemini. I joined in as cyber security consultant with good package.
