My MD at a European EB (small U.S. presence—I’m the only Associate 2 here) asked me for a 2025 bonus benchmark for top-tier IB roles. My fixed comp is $210k, and my MD wants to push for me to have the max bonus possible but needs some data to back it up. Anyone know what Associate 2s at EBs in NY are pulling in for bonuses this year? Any exact data (bank, position, top-tier ranked …) would be very helpful

Need some feedback! So I was forced to move jobs about 6 months ago due to reorg and the new leader opting to bring their existing EA with them, without even meeting me. If stayed at the company but accepted an offer for a job outside of the department I was in. I’ve now been asked by a manager from my old department to apply for a job they’re opening that would be a 2 step promotion. She thought she got my managers permission to approach me (see comments)
