Hi fishes,
I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.

They tend to chew people up and spit them out. Sysco used to be really amazing, but the first year I started there (with stars in my eyes about how amazing they were) they had a huge layoff; they laid off people who were one year away from retirement with a pittance of a severance. It was awful. I came to learn that they don’t really care about their employees. They only care about the numbers and what they report to shareholders. I wish I could say something better about them as I was very proud to work there, but after dealing with a ridiculous amount of unfounded nonsense instigated by superiors, I decided after three years to cut my losses. No one I worked with directly at the time still works there now. From an HR perspective, you would be dealing with a huge amount of turnover and a workforce that feels used and unsatisfied. I wish I could say something better. Best of luck.
