I joined a new consulting firm and have been here for 6 months. Recently, a SaaS client (1k employees) that hired my old consulting firm reached out to me about a job opening - Lead BA working primarily to implement their benefit admin system for insurance companies. My current TC is 95k. Is it worth making the jump if the offer is north of 110k? Anything I should look out for? The client and coworkers were all nice, but I remember being stressed on the project due to limited resources.

I want to start a dating app but my cofounders and I have no coding experience. I have a plan but would like some feedback to see if it’s unreasonable. 1. Validate idea through a bunch of market test and create a layout on figma 2. Hire developer to make app. 3. Hire team to continue to run app. Does this sound reasonable? How many roles do I need to fill for when hiring the team to run the app?

Hi comp advice please! my wife is making a pivot into brand management / account exec roles at ad agencies. Glassdoor is kinda helpful for comp estimates but all over the place. For an nyc role (just above entry level, like Brand Manager at BBDO) what’s a reasonable comp range for her to tell HR she’s looking for? Feels like $90-100k? Thanks for your thoughts/examples! Fwiw she has 10 yrs experience in other fields like real estate.

Im a CRC working in NYC. Have been looking to transition into another role within clinical research. Am I crazy for trying to switch firms? I am a second year and I love my firm and the people I work for are terrific. My previous practice group was terrible but the work and the people I’m with are great and so is the money (big law). The problem is that I’m not getting enough of it. Hi Folks, I'm currently in search of a mentor. I'm a 28y/o MSc grad and starting a Junior Funding Consultant role (writing grant applications for startups) as I'm tired of holding out for an entry level role in ESG/Sustainability - I keep getting rejections despite completing a very wide ranging internship at a renewable energy company. Last year I received an offer at Deloitte Belgium but due to Brexit & VISA delays, we couldn't continue. Now I'm unsure of my career progression & need guidance.

I have 2nd round (final?) with EY for Product Manager position. I am being told that’s it’s the same as first round but at different level (first was with Manager, this is with Senior Manager). Anyone has any experience on how different these rounds are and what should I do differently to prepare? It’s a behavioral interview.

Looking to switch from tech in investment bank to Consulting in big 4. Majored in CS in bachelor's, no masters degree so no business background except for working in a bank for a year.
