I would like to understand if that really holds true. Do Product Managers with Walmart Global Tech travel on a regular basis?Walmart

Flats in bangalore are so expensive.
With the salary we get it is not possible to buy house unless you are willing to pay emi for 25-30 years.
Under this scenario companies should really allow us wfh in remote cheap locations or triple our salary along with multiple travel allowances

I was just let go from my company which I really enjoyed working at after only 9 months in a newly created role. I was completely blindsided and told it’s was due to scope and organizational changes. I had no performance reviews or discussions leading up to termination. I see a lot of people making more money when they exit. In my experience, I have yet to find a role that pays more for a similar level of responsibility in a similar location. Current M in T&O at $153k in the Midwest (not Chicago). Offers I’ve seen at the manager level in industry in similar midwestern cities at the manager level are typically between $110-130k with a 15-30% bonus. Any advice on finding an opportunity that will lead to a salary increase, even if it’s only a modest one?

Does anyone have any experience with MNTN’s CTV solution? It seems like it’s got a lot of what’s needed in the CTV space, but I worry about if it can scale all that well, as well as the next 12-18 months of viability as privacy lockdown takes hold. 45 LPA Base + 25% Variable Bonus + 25% RSUS.

I do have a better offer than this in terms of the base package. I just want to know can Walmart revise my offer if I try to renegotiate or this is the best at IN4 Level.
