Hey everyone,I recently received an offer for an SDE-2 Full Stack Developer role Highlevel .I’ve come across several negative reviews on platforms around their work-from-home culture, toxic leadership,politics. they interviewed me for SDE3 position with my 5 yrs of experience. But after a frustrating interview process, they decided SDE2. when I mentioned that I had another offer on hand, they suddenly became a lot more responsive and started following up aggressively.

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.

My interview got over on June 29th right after the interview the recruiter called me and told I’m selected and they will be sending the offer letter. He mentioned there will be a delay in releasing the offer letter since merging is happening right now. few days back I sent a mail to HR.. but no reply. and after that I received a mail stating they are no longer considering me for this position.
