Hey everyone so I’m probably gonna leave the field of clinical research. I started my journey 2 years ago after working as a tech in the clinic and tried out being a CRC. I love this field but I can’t get a job anywhere without a Bachelors. I’m all experience and certifications from trade schools. My dream job is working as a CRC in a biotech company, but I can’t even get a call to sell myself. Instead I’m seeing people with no exp. with a bachelors getting ahead. Im extremely discouraged.

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
