Been job searching for a good few months now. First looked at remote positions and then a mix of remote and local in office positions. I live in a very rural area so unfortunately very limited options so I have a home office set up for remote opportunities.

I’ve done some interviews but haven’t made it to the next step. I’m new to GlassDoor (I’ve used LinkedIn, indeed). Wondering if anyone may know of any companies that may hire for remote admin/bookkeeping?

I have been on a planned personal sabbatical this year pursuing personal interests. Now I’m ready to go back to work. I will have next week the second interview with an exec recruiter for a company for a Director level position reporting to the COO of the company. In addition to having relevant experience and accomplishments handy, I would appreciate any pointers for having a good interview at this level.

Is any place hiring for a corporate strategy role in Atlanta or remote? 5yoe (3.5 at big four and 1.5 program manager in TMT)

I'm currently interviewing for Director of Digital Marketing and Demand Gen roles. I have all the competencies required and can demonstrate all the skills through examples from my experience.

The issue I keep getting stuck at is my lack of people management experience. I have some people management from early roles, led project teams, agencies, and currently mentor people in the company. However the feedback is always lack of people mgmt exp.

Any tips on getting how to flip the narrative?

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Do you all think I will be rejected?

I have attended an interview last week which had both Technical and Manager Round. The next day, I got mail from a HR to upload the documents in iBegin portal and then the documents were 'Verified' later. Even after 4 days the status in iBegin portal still says as "Candidate registered against job". I am not getting any response from the HR about the current status.

Does this mean that I am rejected? I am confident that I have performed well in the interview.

I went on mutiple round interviews with a firm. HR basically said they wanted a firm commitment after the 3rd round. I told them I was extremely interested and looking forward to seeing what the offer was but I couldn't speak in absolutes.

Then ghosted.

I wanted to leverage the hive mind in finding out how best to negotiate a verbal offer for a 100%-remote Product Manager role in NYC, with a IT infrastructure/digital services firm (MNC but non-American):

Base salary: 120k

Sign-on bonus:10k

Bonus: 15%

No stock options

How competitive is this, and what should I negotiate for please? The written offer comes after verbal agreement.

I've 10 YOE in tech project management; 7 in product management.

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.

Got an offer from a secondaries group in a PE firm in SF (<1B latest fund). Had 200 all-in comp in consulting (80%+ coming from base) and bumping up to 230 soon. PE firm is offering 120 base + 90 bonus for Associate position. Does this transition make sense if I ultimately want to become an investor / work in PE? Can I ask for a slight increase ($5K) in salary if I already signed an offer letter? Their highest threshold was $5K more than what the offer was. If so, how do I go about it?
