For those of you in healthcare related account management, what is your healthcare background? I am clinical and getting ready to hire a higher level account manager. I am really biased toward people with clinical/in hospital experience because, quite frankly, healthcare is a different beast - lots of hand holding and change management. Insurance Defense: Do your paralegals bill on your behalf? Or do they have their own billables? Reason I ask is because I would like to start billing more discovery (Drafting / Reviewing/ etc). Currently my paralegal bills almost all of the discovery (save for depositions). Wondering how I approach my boss and tell him something is off here.

3 YOE in Marketing through internships in college, followed by 2 years Financial Operations/Data Tools full-time. I got an offer for $75K at TekSystems for a Market Analyst role. I gave them a range of $70-75K, so they gave the max. But I am questioning asking for a bit more given insurance is apparently on the higher-end and I want to ensure I didn't low-ball myself.

Just to note, this is about a 25% increase compared to what I am currently making.
