The profile is not clear as it has been said that the team will decide if they would take me in as Engineer or Engineer II based on my interviews. I have 3 years of experience in React.js and Angular. The CTC to be offered is also not clear. How much should I ask for?

I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager. After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...
