In India I have 42 LPA. Is it worth moving there? When I calculate there's not much difference in the savings that I currently do in India. I have a decade of experience in Security Engineering and Ethical hacking. Also please provide me any additional things that I need to consider here.

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws.
