I was interviewed at EY UK on 7th Sep. It was quite smooth. Since then I haven't heard anything back from them though interviewer claimed SLA to get back with outcome of interview is 48 hours. On portal it still says I'm in hiring team phase. It was level 1 interview.

I am from a tier 1 college and yet able to land only a couple of interviews and they keep me on stand by(2 companies so far). They are prefering folks with experience even for APM positions. PwC Leaving EY after 4-5 months, as the team that I joined is a big mess after a slew of resignations. Pwc offered me less than 5% hike, while Capegemini and Genpact are offering more 30% or more. I wonder what's wrong with big four these days.
