I'm honestly done with wfh. I wanna go back to office as having a good social life matters to me. Making friends is only possible if you go to office. I completed a year in a new company with wfh and didn't make a single friend who is close enough to call for my wedding or even have a beer with. And don't think you cannot have a good wlb if you work from office, you definitely can. My situation and salary is decent so I really won't bother going 2-4 lpa lesser for avoiding wfh. So my recommendation would be go with the hybrid company. However, your priorities might differ.
Btw, why are you hiding your salary when you are anonymous?
