Just read the 157 pg rule. Wage level bands are changed to 45th percentile, 62, 78 and 95 (from the current 17, 34, 50 and 67). Same percentiles will be used for GC PWD purposes - so a level 2 job in the new system will almost require the pay of level 4 in the old scale, employers will be discouraged from sponsoring GC. The document also includes very detailed rationale for the rule and underlying analysis being performed. IMO the WH seems to be well prepared for this one.

I told him if anything he should do managment engineering which he got accepted to. He also got accepted to Mcmaster- information management systems. Which in my opinion you get a bit of everything! Question on salary for an APM in an IT consulting company. I am 26 and have two years experience in software engineering and almost two in project management.
I live in the NYC metro area and we all know how cost of living is right now.
