Hey folks, I just cleared the RRK1 for a GCP TAM role and have RRK2 (Case Study), GCA & G&L coming up next week. I have 8 total YOE with 4 in Cloud consulting. I’ve gone through all GCP fundamental trainings and Cloud basics are good for me. I’ve also done the Jeff Sipe YT channel & gone through recent GCP Next 21 videos. Any specific advice on how I should go about with the preparation for these 3 interviews? I’m more worried about the RRK2 piece!

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. I'm a new joinee in MSFT.

People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)

Wrapping my head around the equity piece of an offer. Is the equity you are granted in dollars converted to shares right away? So if the stock goes up or down, the totally dollar amount in equity granted when you sign might not be what you actually get over the first four years?

They are all technical. All of them could easily be very technical cloud consultants or cloud engineers.
Tl/Dr. If you couldn't get hired as a cloud engineer or cloud consultant - you probably can't become a PM
