I have around 8 years of experience in BFSI, and I mentioned my current CTC is in the 15–20 LPA range. The recruiter mentioned it’s “too high,” which honestly left me surprised. For 8 years of domain expertise, especially is this range really considered high? Curious to know what others in similar roles at GS or peer firms are making. Can anyone share? I kept calling him. But he didnt recieved Goldman

Do you think offer will be released? And how much time these approvals take ?

She mentioned at the end that they are definitely going to offer as all feedbacks are positive.

When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company.
