Hey Guys, I am unable to decide between two offers KPMG Global Services and Control S (Cloud and DC Firm). Salary in KPMG Global Service is 20% more than CtrlS. While Ctrl S works seems more hands on and client front ending, KPMG seems like back office but with a good work culture, hygiene and compensation etc. Kindly let me know the culture at KPMG Global Services
