Is this normal that companies will take time to revert back or should I consider myself not selected. Please share your experience and thoughts. The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ? Or could it because my CTC is too high ?

What is the best way to reach out after not getting the job to ask for feedback? Do interviewers really ahve time to provide feedback for the candidate they didn't go with?

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?
