How do you guys beat the AI that is screening job applications? I found that if I apply somewhere I get rejected. Whenever a headhunter introduces me to a hiring manager they love my experience and I most of the times get an offer.

Facing serious burnout and want to conduct a job search to exit from my current role. Thinking of taking a leave of absence for 6-10 weeks. What are some good reasons I should use in my request? How easy/hard is it to get approved for one?
