Hello Fishes 🐟🎏
I am rigorously looking for a job from past few months and tried applying many opportunities i came across, but everywhere I receive is Rejection or No response at all. I am not sure what needs to be added to my profile to get more attention or is it really something because of my Notice period which is 90 days at HCL.

Hi all, Recently i interviewed at Adobe for the post of computer scientist, Noida location. Had 5 technical rounds, but after that i didnt get any further response. One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. It's been 2 weeks now and i haven't got any response from them, i have been following up on mail and call, but there is no response either. What could be the reason ?? Any adobe folk out there ??

Add keywords to your resume
You touched on it but just need to literally always apply warm. If you care about the opportunity need to put in the effort to get headhunter / coffee chat / referral in.
If you don’t, with the way automated screening works, you might as well not even apply.
I think the lesson here is that many job offers come via a personal connection, especially for experienced hires.
Try to leverage your network, or continue using headhunters.
Make sure keywords from the job description are in your resume. You almost have to have a new resume for each job you apply for. Then keep a folder with that copy of your resume and the job description. It’s a lot of work but you get better results. Personal connection is better if you have that option. Personally I have not had luck with headhunters though.
This is probably a dumb question, but what do you have to do to be able to use a headhunter?
They need to believe you are have the skills/personality that is in demand for the companies they work with. They don’t want to waste everyone’s time pitching mediocre or poorly fitting candidates.
