Hey guys it's been a while and I am thinking how unfair this world is.

I worked hard all my life right from my class 10 upto my graduation and it was of no use. I also took computer science and engineering branch so that I could have a bright future but here I am sitting without a job.

I worked for 6 month at genpact as an intern and in the beginning they told they will convert everyone but now they set some performance criteria out of nowhere and I am not converted to full time.

Any recommendations for a CFP self-study program? Looking for something relatively cheap with good practice questions. No need for live classes. Thanks!

Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

I have 2 YOE as a BDR and think I could succeed in either position. Both have hybrid work set ups. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks.

Hi everyone. I needed advice on finding a secure virtual internship for public health in health promotion or health needs assessments that is research based. I know it may sound a little broad but I need a few tips on finding a site that has virtual based internship.

Anyone have advice for advancing in your current role? My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition.
