Had been working on 2.2 LPA with no increament as it's contractual role and last month gave an interview and got selected at Thomson Reuters for Content Specialist role and did all of my documentation and everything but due to not able to submit my resignation letter at TR, they revoked the offer.
Actually my vendor Adecco which deployed me at Uber said they didn't get approvL.

I am being considered for the role of BDE at Gartner. I have total 15 years experience with 8 years of quota selling. What is the salary bracket at Gartner for this role.

Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). I have a BS/MS/PhD in engineering and an MBA in business analytics. Currently making 100k as an engineer IV. As an engineer with a functional knowledge (but no former training) in IT and data analytics, what are the best avenues to get to 200k without changing fields and starting at an entry level position (or moving to a HCOL area)?

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

Just became an ACD. Im in a limbo. Half of the time im being treated as a Super Senior AD and the other half im being treated as a Almost CD. Then when im scoped over work that my CD and I oversee, some people are asking me how does my role differ from the CD’s, as they tend to look at me as an unnecessary layer for approvals. Hey folks. Question for the majority of us still under the big 3 holding co’s...are raises a thing anymore? I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking.
