Hey! I am a 21 year old who went to UBC (Vancouver) in2018 for graduation. Due to Covid we lost all the business and I left my education and came back. I am deciding in-between staying here in India (in Delhi University) or going back to a 'not that reputed' college in Canada. I will be finishing my undergraduate in India in 2023 and probably 2024 if I choose to go back to Canada. It's a tough decision, but would love some advice

Hi all! After graduating with my MBA with a focus in project management, I moved organizations to go from an EMR education manager to a full time project manager specializing in EMR implementation projects. I’ve found that although I enjoy the work- changing organizations and roles in a remote world was harder than I anticipated. I am BA/PO with 14+ years of experience in service company. I worked long tenure and my current company is my second company. So my CTC is only 18L. Now, I have a HR interview in a good product company and how much should I ask?
I know market is high but I see that it's basically only for high tech niche skills. So far, all the interviews I have attended saying their budget is max 25L. Is BA's paid more than this in any company?
