Hey! I’m interviewing at Facebook right now and just had my execution interview. The recruiter emailed me saying I have to do another execution interview before they didn’t get “enough signal” the first time. What does that mean?

I’ve worked as a PM at Microsoft for several years but not sure what Facebook is specifically looking for in these interviews. Can anyone help share their experience?

Hey everyone! I’m interviewing for an HR Generalist role at a Fintech company, this will be their first HR hire and will be reporting to the CFO. I got invited to a second round interview to meet the team to ensure that it’s a good culture fit. I would love to know any thoughts on what I should ask or do to ensure that I am great fit. Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.
