I applied with EY for a Senior Manager role I had my first stage interview with a senior manager, which I thought went well as I got the partner interview 2 weeks later, and said I'll be contact within 10 day HR. This did not happen so I chased up. Today I received feedback from HR stating that the senior manager, who would have been my peer, said I didn't have enough experience. But the partner who I would have been working under did like me.
Is this normal with EY recruitment
Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

facebook is for whatever people use it for. it’s meant to be an open platform for a reason. just because you want it to be a certain way doesn’t mean that it should be used that way.
You’re not wrong. It’s so annoying. I’ll have reps send me email through FB when I know for damn sure they have my work email.
I’m more irked by LinkedIn becoming Facebook
@SAD1 Agree on invite only groups. @CD1 also good to hear other perspective. Totally fair!!
I purged all my irl friends from facebook. We now talk in whatsapp groups. For me, Facebook is purely professional at this point. Hate Linkedin though
Mostly agree. The invite-only groups seem like the appropriate place to house the networking opportunities. That or DM’ing your friends to see if they have anything open at their shop/asking them to put in a good word)
