Hey! Quick question - is your marketing team using ChatGPT for content creation? I am working on a mini focus group with my peers and seeing if our new AI product would be a good fit for marketing departments. My gut is yes because I wanted to use ChatGPT myself but was told no because it wasn't secure, and our sensitive client data could go out the door and become a part of the language model. Did your organization ban ChatGPT or are you allowed to use it with risk?

Hi! A friend recently launched a Project Management software called Heycollab - I think it’s pretty cool and like the UI but I’d love to get more feedback - they’re very passionate about the product and would appreciate the help!

No. We have created a firewalled internal version of several AI tools where nothing “leaves” our firewall and only allow use of those. And even then, no generative content is used in client deliverables unless extremely clear transparent legal agreements in place between us and client.

I use AI all the time, but only as a tool/supplement, not a replacement. There are premium options that protect enterprise data from being shared out.
