Hey! So have been offered 12.5 LPA fixed(excluding PF and gratuity) + 1L joining bonus at Axtria for an Associate position. have ~1.5 yrs of Pharma experience and the rest is SDE exp. Total ~3 yrs of exp. Is the offer at Axtria any good? just joined Beghou at 11.5fixed(including PF and gratuity) and 15% variable.
