Hey there! I was in an online meeting yesterday of about 50 people. Some people had cameras on and some didn’t. I noticed an individual with their camera on, sitting in their home office (I hope), and smoking a cigarette. This got me thinking, have we all just gotten so comfortable with being on cameras that we have lost proper work etiquette?

I’ve been at a job a year and have what I would call a very toxic manager. When I first started they were very nasty to me making comments about my appearance, my character and other inappropriate and mean things. I let them know how this made me feel and they stopped however I continue to notice how manipulative and condescending they are. My mental health is at a low. We are about to be at our busy season but I want to leave so bad. Should I wait until after the busy season or leave asap?

I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. Help,I started a new career n the events industry and I think I have to quit! The person I report to is so disorganized and there are no other managers in the office to direct day to day operations of our department. On day 2 I was asked to go to a job site and perform a 12 hour day without any training, safety equipment or tools. On day 3 I was asked back to site to do general labor!
