Hey there, I’ve cleared an HR round of ( Company A ) but they delayed my offer, so in meantime I attended another company ( Company B ) and during this HR round I mentioned them I cleared the HR round of company A, but they haven’t sent me an offer. Now Ive accepted the offer of company B. Soon after this, I got the offer of company A with better compensation. Is it a good idea now to renegotiate with Company B saying Ive the offer from company A?

Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

I have got an offer for Malaysia from HTC Global for 42 LPA in Indian currency. I have got an offer from alstom, Bangalore in hand as well for 27 LPA.
