Hey Thoughtworks I received offer from TW for senior consultant role at Mumbai office. My only concern is WFH. Problem is any office in Mumbai is nearly 2-2.5 hrs from where I live considering traffic. I would rather work from home and come to office twice or thrice in a month, is that an option? If not, then can I switch my client or switch project internally? If so, how soon after joining?

I faked my resume I mean my contracting firm did and I didn’t have choice and I got the job. Now my client wants to offer me a full time position. I kind of feel like they trust me with the work I’m doing and also considering my past experiences to offer me a full time and moreover it’s only been 3 months.

I know it’s a little unusual but what do you guys think/suggest me to do in this situation?!

They cant put me on performance defaulters as I voluntarily resigned and also got good feedback from client.
The reason I resigned was the sh^^head manager and project.
He said I would be released from project soon and then on bench but after resigning he is saying you have to serve the NP n we cant release early.
This is only option left to get released from this sh^t place
