Need some insights.
It’s been more than a month since my 3rd interview round has been completed for a consultant role but the HR round hasn’t been scheduled. I have followed up numerous times but the HR every time says same thing that I’ll get back to you in this week. They are not saying outrightly that I won’t be considered further but say the profile is pending for approval. I have given up hope anyway to convert this. Any suggestions on how to salvage or tackle this situation?

Any suggestions for leaving a financial advisor/planner role? Finance has me drained and I don't want to be client-facing anymore.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me.
