Okay so I’m a newly licensed attorney in a very conservative part of TX. Why is onsite so important for us IT people even though we can live a more comfortable life here in India and save equally here too? Not judging anyone since I am also one of those people who feels like a failure because I couldn't make it to onsite in last 7 years while many of my peers have.

I gave a skill test for LTI last week , after that got an email from HR to share my updated CV . No reply afterwards . Does thatmean I have cleared the skill test ? How long it would take for the next round of I clear skill test ?

Recently, my appraisal cycle got completed. So whenever a recruiter asks about CTC, will I need to add the Gratuity and Insurance and then tell the Total number.

In my company Total CTC = CTC + Gratuity + Insurance.
