As an electrical engineer with 8 years of experience, I have worked in design, safety, and currently in marketing, all within the electrical field. Now, I am considering transitioning back to a technical role and pursuing a Master's degree.
I seek your advice on the following points:
1. Is it a wise decision to move back to a technical role after 8 years of experience? If so, could you 2.suggest some courses related to renewable energy and sustainability?
3.Should I pursue an MBA?

I studied finance in undergrad and had a couple of internal audit internships. I only started a few month ago but I never saw myself doing IT Audit and I don’t like it thus far! Would I need to get a CPA in order to move into audit or something more finance/accounting oriented like FDD, Valuation, etc.? (Still need to get to 150, thinking of doing an online MAcc)

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.
