Does anyone work remotely outside Canada? Do you guys have any issues?

Have you ever dealt with a colleague that believes in extremely (in my opinion) outdated or even just false claims and treats them as scientific facts? I work with several older men but one of them practices "provocative therapy" as in you just play the devil's advocate with your patient and side with the negative half of their thinking. In theory I could see this working situationally, but as a whole philosophy regardless of the patient's issue I think it's ridiculous.

What should a coder/biller/transcriptionist make with over 15 years of experience? I am currently the only person in the office that can do those jobs with no backup. I code and bill all office visits for 5 orthopedic providers and all surgical coding/billing for 3 surgeons. I also do any transcription that is needed.

Advice: my firm incentivized associates to get licensed in fed courts - 4 fed courts for a 5k raise. They also covered the admission fee. I just accepted an offer with another firm and will be putting in my 2 weeks notice tomorrow. Is it wrong to submit an expense report for the charges I incurred related to the fed court admission fees? I didn’t plan on moving to another firm; the new firm sought me out and made me an offer - the process happened so fast. I want to be professional about this.

During benefits selection this year , I chose HSA for the first time and I am informed that my account is opened today. While registering on Fidelity, I am asked to chose between FDRXX/FDIC .I would want to chose from available options and invest money. Which option I should be choosing of both ? I have a looming sense of self hatred. I take medication I workout and do all the things to feel good, but it’s just stuck there. Constantly thinking I’m trash, in a bad person, etc. Feeling guilty for things idek if I should feel guilty about.
