Can anyone have any experience with HCL company? How is the company with 4 years of cloud engineer? I know my client to whom i will work for in HCL. is it wise to go with HCL for 3Lakhs difference in salary against the like of Accenture and KPMG?

2- Jio Infocom - 21 LPA[Fixed] but with lot of provisions in CTC - Will call to office [location : Mumbai]

I was paid a retention bonus last year which I have to return - couple of questions: Will I get a corrected W2 ? If yes, how much time does it generally to generate a corrected W2? Need some suggestions from everyone. I have 4.5 years experience and I was working as contractor in ZS and my CTC in parent company was 7 Lakhs.

ZS were willing to offer me FTE as ZS but at a compensation of meagre 8.5 Lakhs. I tried negotiating but they sticked with this.

How come ZS do that? Why can't they pay more as they generally pay 15+ for 4.5 years experience.
