Hi All - does anyone know what the exit ops would be from a Business Modeling role? And what’s the difference between Business Modeling and Business Valuation? I don’t really understand.

Has anyone transitioned from Strategic Sales to Corporate Strategy? I love the strategic thinking and problem solving in sales and want to transfer those skills to a corporate role where I can have more influence on my company’s strategy and investments.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

I am currently finishing off my bachelors degree in Finance whilst working. I have decided to go back to study during covid. I do have 12 years experience in banking roles/credit assessment and more. Can anyone provide some background on how easy would it be to get into let say investment banking roles or similar given my experience but the burden of finishing my degree late?

AWS vs Cloudflare BDR roles

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.
