I got document submission link on Tuesday 17/03/2026 and BGV submission link the next day after completing all the interviews and HR round . Since HR is not picking up my call i wanted to check if anyone is facing the same issue and after how many days am i likely to receive ?

Question my fellow Fish Bowlers♥️ I had a phone screen interview. The young lady stated to watch out for the email, attached will be the link for virtual interview w/ manager on Monday @10am but NEVER received an email. Should I email the recruiting analyst and advise I never received the email invite? Thank you all in advance.

@ those who have gotten their H1 stamped - Can we use the auto generated employment verification letter from ToD for H1B stamping Interview? Or do we have to get a separate letter signed by a Manager?

Are there certain firms that are more accepting of Tax backgrounds entering advisory positions? I’m a CPA with a couple years regional tax experience looking to transition to advisory/deals, but have struggled getting big 4 advisory interviews even with solid recommendations.
I’ve heard there’s solid opportunities in advisory type work for some other large firms outside big 4. Has anybody made a similar transition?

Did an interview yesterday that was supposed to be behavioral, but turned out to be more like the case interviews I did in undergrad. I think I showed off my business knowledge, but he kept harping on my lack of an official framework (vs me saying "I'd explore it from different stakeholder perspectives: customer, line employee, management"); pretty sure he considered it a failure. I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?

PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?
