I got my offer last year to join in Sept this year. Recently, I was made aware by people in the firm that there is an increase in salary across the board including my role. Some people joining the same role have received a new offer letters, but I didn't. How should I write to the recruiter to ask? (it's a significant increase of ~20% 🥺)

I have an offer from a start-up which I will be joining next week. Even though I got a hike more than 100% ( current tc: 6lpa, new tc:14lpa) and changed to sde role I am still not satisfied. I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.
