Hi All, how much should someone with 4.5yrs of experience request for expected ctc in ServiceNow? My current ctc is too low around 4.89lpa.

In my department at work, we have always taken turns working on the holidays and been pretty flexible. Well, we’re really understaffed this year and several new employees are young parents. So, I offered to cover Thanksgiving and Christmas to help them out. But now I’m feeling super resentful. Any tips on getting through the next month without shooting daggers at them?
