In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Hi all, I got job offer from CitiusTech with 8 lpa for 6.5years experience. After I got the offer letter my current company provided me the same offer to retain me. I informed the same thing to CitiusTech. Then they provided 10 lpa and sent revised offer letter.
Now my doubt is actually CitiusTech is providing good salary than the other companies. I checked in google, For 6.5 years experience they are providing 14 lpa to 16 lpa. Shall I ask them to provide me Max salary again? Please suggest me

1.I had two offers one is with Cognizant with 11.55LPA fixed + 45,000 variable pay. I was offered L1 position(designation - Associate).
- Only day shifts(no rotational weekoff's) + I get afternoon shift allowance around 5k per month.
